Jim,
Your words carry enligthening wisdom and your thoughts call for responsible and honorable deeds over and beyond our normal spheres.
I can only reciprocate your call for cohesion and renewed outreach for 2005 to take the Internet where it has not yet gone before.
"Everyone is good for IPv6 and IPv6 is good for everyone"
Cheers
Latif

My Dear Colleagues,
December or this lunar montth or whatever floats your boat, brings a time of feast, celebration, partys, honoring that which one believes in and generally a good time for all, and especially a time for sharing with others, and hope of peace throughout the new year 2005. I have never met a human who is a good person who does not want peace. Hence, I want to first thank you for all your hard work and support of our efforts to advance the Internet to it's proper place and suggest all chill out till the new year of 2005. But, the IPv6 Forum will be calling on your to aks for more for the greater good. We have done much good, challenged each other, but at the end of the day my view is all have stayed the course of our mission that IPv6 is an enabler to support the children from the ghettos and par excellent communications world wide to soon communicate End-2-End at a reasonable cost and solution so the Internet is not just for the elite, but for all people across this planet (our commitment Spring 2000 at Grenoble, France if you forgot).
Have a wonderful holiday regardless what your spiritual belief, for we are all on the same team on planet earth if you think about it real hard. Below are some quotes I share with you and hope the best for all of you and those that are close to you. Personally I like the Pagan view and will find time this month to honor Zeus, Thor, Crazy Horse, and others from years long ago before our time here and other Viking Gods who were I think the predecessors to current Biker social views, which are truly honorable, generally speaking :--)
Also if in your country you know a warrior supporting your views say thank you, for all warriors appreciate that greatly.

Since this book comes out in the fall. I'd like to take advantage of this early opportunity to wish all of you an enjoyable Christmas season and happy New Year filled with good fortune. Of course, I realize this can't happen for everyone. Some of you are going to die next year, and others will be crippled and maimed in accidents, perhaps even completely paralyzed. Still others will be stricken with diseases that can't be cured, or will be horribly scarred in fires. And let's not forget the robberies and rapes-they'll be lots of them. Therefore, many of you will not get to enjoy the happy and fortunate New Year I'm wishing for you. So just try to do the best you can.

Peace and think about what you can do for others, not I, Me, or Mine, and the greater good in 2005, plus we need more volunteer for IPv6 work that is important in 2005. Have a great new year, some fun, and good health to all.
